Sometimes, due to use being humans, an error is made on our end with processing your order. When this happens, we will gladly cover the return shipping on your order and make it right for you.
If however the error is on your end, then we will be unable to bear the cost of the return postage. With this in mind we ask you to please double check your orders before processing. If you notice that an error was made or you clicked the wrong product on accident, please, please, please contact us ASAP… Really really fast like right away and if the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to make sure you get the right product or the product that you intended.
If the product has already shipped, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping cost to return it to us.
