The American Wiping Rags Baby Van is painted and it looks fantastic!

Now it’s going back together.  Seats, carpet, door panels and tires are all being put back on. Check out the pictures and you’re invited to see the van in person at the 26^th Rocky Mountain Street Rod Nationals which will be held for 3 big days June 25^th, 26th, & 27^th. At the Colorado State Fair Grounds, located at 950 S. Prairie Ave. (Corner of Prairie and Northern).Gates are open Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 Saturday from 8:00 to 5:00 and Sunday from 8:30 to 2:00.

The Baby Van for American Wiping Rags Mitch has already added the 2-265  front tires and 2-295 back tires, Cragar Rims which are 2 – 15×8 front 2- 15 x 10 back are on the van. The spindles have been installed, flares, air dam and Nor Cal wing have been installed. Check back next week for additional progress.

The van is a 1982 Chevy G-20 short wheel base with a straight 6 cylinder engine.

AWR Van will be customized and transformed in 60 days.

Transformation includes:

• The inside will be customized
• 2-265′s  for the front tires 2-295′s for the back tires

• Lowered spindles

• Custom bumpers
• Nor cal wing
• Stars and strips theme with custom paint and airbrush work.
